The Black Olive – Wine Bar and Grill is located in the Country Club Center on Southern Boulevard and Pinetree, about a mile west of Highway 528 across from the Main Post Office in Rio Rancho. The Black Olive is open daily from 11:00am – 10:00pm Sunday through Thursday and 11:00am – 11:00pm Friday and Saturday.
